Poverty Guidelines

The poverty guidelines (http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty/12poverty.shtml) by which LSC financial eligibility (http://www.lsc.gov/welcome/05031001.pdf) is determined change every year to reflect increases in cost of living. When the new guidelines come out, you'll need to update your Pika site so it uses the latest figures. Here are instructions for installing the 2012 Poverty Guidelines.

1. Log in under a user account with "system"-level access.

2. Open the Site Map.

3. Click on "Menus".

4. Click on "poverty". You may also need to click on "Switch to classic mode".

5. Use copy-and-paste to replace the existing text with the following for programs in the lower 48 states:

.. and the following for programs in Alaska:

6. Click "Save".

7. Enjoy your new poverty guidelines.
