Contact Screen
- Added field for title (Dr., Rev, etc.)
- Added client open date (tracks first contact with client)
- Changed state and county to dropdowns
- Added checkbox to track whether contact is a community org (for tracking presentations and some other matters).
- Added checkbox indicating to use the client's nursing facility address as the mailing address
- Tracks referred-by by client instead of by case
- New field tracks former employer
- New checkboxes track whether client is receiving homecare, if client or spouse was a veteran, and whether client is on Medicaid or PASSPORT
- Changed "Handicapped" to "Disabled"
- Removed Frail/Needy
- Added new field to track contact's relationship to client (rather than their legal involvement in the case)
- Added fields to track past donation amounts and dates, as well as ombudsman case number
- Added fields to track nursing facilities as contacts. This required a great deal of specialized information, including fields to track Ombudsman Assigned, Volunteer Assigned, Date Volunteer Assigned, Volunteer Certification (vol fields duplicated for possible second volunteer), Rural checkbox, Ownership Type dropdown, Ohio Dept. of Health ID, Quadrant Number, Social Worker Name, Administrator Name, Director of Nursing Name, Provider Type, Number of Beds, Family Council, Family Council Address, Family Council Phone, Resident Council, Resident Council Address, and Resident Council Phone

Pro Bono Attorneys (renamed to HRAP)
- Added County to attorney information
- Added fields for Problem Codes, S.C. Number, Malpractice insurance expiration date, Fee Types, Cases per year, whether the attorney is available for referrals, where they are available for housecalls, and whether their offices are handicapped accessible
