Add’l Help to Client tab
- Tracks additional brief help given not necessarily related to the main case.
- Fields include Date, Funding, Subject Area, Additional Help, and Notes

United Way (Outcomes) tab
- Tracks the overall results of client help.
- There is one field which tracks the overall goal of the client.
- There are five fields for objectives (smaller goals that contribute to the overall goal)
- Each objective has five fields to track actions (discrete steps which must be completed).
- Each objective has an outcome (to track the success of that objective), and a pair of fields to track the status before the objective was achieved and after it was achieved. This serves to show concrete gains from the actions.
