Address Book

  • Added fields: Impairment (dropdown), Provider, LCMHB Client (checkbox), English Fluency, U.S. Citizen, Migrant Worker, Alien Status, Alien #, Veteran, Branch, Dates of Service

  • Date and Staff are hidden, non-editable fields

Assets

  • Tracks income sources, as well as whether it is part of the household income

Liabilities

  • Tracks annual debt, subtracting it from annual income. New percent of poverty is then calculated off of this new income total
  • Tracks other sources of monthly expenditures, and totals them on an annual basis. Choices of monthly expenditures are Child Care, Medical Care, Transportation, None, and Other

  • New fields: Disposition (dropdown), LSC-CSR, OLAF-CSR, Other (checkboxes), Special Project Code, No Call Back, LAL Transfer, Client Objective Achieved, and fields to track 4 different outcomes, award amounts, award types, and award rates.
