Beginning a Pika Session

The Pika Case Management System is accessed using a web browser. We recommend the Mozilla Firefox browser for best functionality. However, Pika will work with all major browsers, including Internet Explorer and recent versions of Netscape.

To start using Pika, open a browser window and navigate to thet web address (URL) for your Pika Case Management System. If you do not have this address, please contact the Pika administrator at your organization.

The Pika login screen will appear. Click the “Log In” button. You will be prompted for a username and password, which should be provided to you by the Pika administrator at your organization. Enter this login information and click “OK.” You will be directed to Pika’s main page.
